How much does computer repair cost?
Standard diagnostics start at $95. Many repairs and upgrades start at $95 plus parts. On-site support is $120 per hour and remote support is $95 per hour. Complex or intermittent problems may cost more; we discuss pricing before additional repair work.
Is same-day service available?
Same-day help may be available depending on the problem, parts, and schedule. Call or text to confirm availability before bringing in your equipment.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes—contact us before visiting. Our Boise location is appointment only. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; weekends and after-hours visits are by appointment and may carry additional fees.
Can you help remotely?
Many Windows, email, printer, software, and configuration problems can be handled remotely when the computer starts and has a working internet connection. Physical repairs require hands-on service.
